In consideration of the risks associated with participating in this activity, I hereby, for myself, my spouse, children, heirs, and personal representatives, voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability.  I hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of actions of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in this activity, and do hereby release and forever discharge Idaho Hands & Voices, IESDB and their affiliates, members, board, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, and successors from any liability that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in this activity, including traveling to and from the event.

I am voluntarily participating in this activity entirely at my own risk I am aware of the risks associated with traveling and participating in this activity, which may include, but not limited to physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, economic or emotional loss. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others’ negligence, conditional related to travel, or the condition of the activity location.  Nonetheless, I assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of my participation in this activity, including travel to, from and during. I will follow all safety precautions, to the best of my capability.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Idaho Hands & Voices and IESDB against all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs, if litigations arise.

As a parent/guardian of a participant(s) under the age of 18, do consent and agree to their release as provided above. I understand that the responsibility for the safety of my child(ren) relies solely on me and will ensure they are following all safety precautions.

I acknowledge that I have read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a release of liability.  I expressly agree to release Idaho Hands & Voices, IESDB and their affiliates, members, board, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, and successors from any claims or causes and action and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I have to bring legal action against Idaho Hands & Voices and IESDB.

I understand that I, my child, and my family may be photographed or filmed while at this event.  I give permission to Idaho Hands & Voices to use these pictures or videos to be used on their official social media, website, newsletters, promotional materials and displays.
